OTTUMWA, Iowa — Playing its third match in as many nights, the Sandburg volleyball team was swept 25-15, 25-16, 25-20 on Thursday at nationally ranked Indian Hills.
Madalynn Knapp had a team-leading six kills in the loss for the Chargers (5-6). Taliya Galloway added five kills.
Sandburg hit just .044 in the match against the Warriors, who came in ranked 19th in NJCAA Division I.
Abigail Shaffer, Addison Gillen, Jalie Eller and Quinn Rexroat each had seven digs for Sandburg. Rexroat also led the Chargers with 12 assists, and she served two of the team's three aces on the night.
