GALESBURG — Visiting Black Hawk used a big fourth inning in each game to defeat the Chargers in both ends of an Arrowhead Conference doubleheader Tuesday afternoon.
Game 1

Key moments
• An error to lead off the inning and a bunt single by Yasiel Trinidad put runners at first and third for the Chargers with nobody out in the third. Joel Medina delivered a sacrifice fly to bring in Jose Narvaez and tied the game at 1-1.
• Black Hawk grabbed the lead for good in the fourth, using a grand slam as part of a seven-run frame for an 8-1 lead.
Sandburg standout
First baseman Colton Allen finished 1 for 2 as he led off the fourth with a single and came around to score.

Key moments
• The Chargers led 2-1 after three innings as Trinidad led off the first with a walk and later scored on a passed ball. In the second, Brady Veselack reached on an error to open the inning, moved to second on a two-strike sacrifice bunt from Lucas Price and scored on Trinidad's single to right.
• A grand slam and two-run homer were the big blows in an eight-run fourth inning that put the visitors ahead.
Sandburg standout
Trinidad filled up the box score as he went 3 for 4 with two doubles, two runs scored, three RBIs and a stolen base. Trinidad pushed his season average to .326 and now sports a 1.019 OPS.
